Give me a Hug

As the summers are almost coming to an end and i welcome the rain clouds across my concrete balcony, it's time to spend some quiet time indoors. Get into writing and reading through my old works. After morning walk, i stumbled upon one of my works from 2008, it needed some revision and is now ready for reading. Hope you all will have great weekend!

Give me a Hug

Oh, what a calm still evening,
The sun settling down,
Chill breeze blowing,
Tree leaves turning brown,

Little black birds chirping,
Crickets go on with their song,
Yellow pale grass swinging,
Here nothing can go wrong,

Remaining ripe fruits on the tree,
They taste so delicious,
Now shy moon is with me,
Nothing seems ambitious,

Curvy river flowing gently,
I step into her flow,
Ripples in her heart,
Into her depths here I go,

Floating and giggling,
Fooling all around,
Bliss of freedom,
Can you hear that sound?

No cloths to wear,
I don't care, ignorance I hug,
My heart is thumping,
I am a tiny little bug.

Poets Note: Wrote this poem long time ago, revised it today, written while sitting besides a creek on a mid Summer day. Weekends are so much fun, lets start it with some bone ticklers!
